What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit, and GCash through our website.
What is your return policy?
You may have your item exchanged 10 days upon receipt provided the tags are still intact and the item has not been washed, worn, or damaged.
Shipping for exchanges is to be shouldered by the buyer. We'll just do a quick check of the item for defects etc. prior to sending your new item. 🧡

How much does shipping cost?
Any purchase of above 5,000 PHP is eligible to free shipping! (Yay)
For orders below 5,000 PHP, we’ll be shouldering a portion of the shipping fee with you 🧡
Metro Manila: 50 PHP (1-3 business days)
Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite: 75 PHP (1-3 business days)
Provincial Shipping: 115 PHP (5-7 business days)

How do I get the right size?

Our pieces are meant to fit like a glove. We recommend sizing down to get a snug fit. Don’t worry too much about it being snug at first, it’ll slowly adjust to your body! You could opt to size up if you want a relaxed fit, but you might not get the most out of your Groove set. We discourage this, ESPECIALLY for the bras.
We know that sizing can be a bit of a head-scratcher, especially online, so feel free to shoot us an email at hello@grooveactivewear.com or a DM on Instagram. Include your measurements in inches so we can help you find the perfect fit. Sending full-body photos would be a great help too. We’d be glad to help you!
What’s the inseam of your leggings?
Our leggings have a 26" inseam.
What’s the best way to wash my groove set?
We recommend using a laundry net for machine wash or simply cold wash with like colors and hang to dry.
